This hotel was a great find! The location is ideal, tucked away in a quiet alley but still close to all the tourist attractions in downtown Siem Reap. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, with an appreciated aircon that kept us cool in the hot weather. The breakfast was delicious, offering a simple yet satisfying start to the day. We particularly enjoyed having a terrace by our private pool, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring the city.

One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel hired people from outside of the city who may not have had much experience or great English skills, giving them an opportunity to work. Another positive aspect was the hotel's WiFi, which was fast and reliable. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for me.
